To use just set the sieve lid inside of a wide mouth metal ring
Directions:
Step 1
Soak 1-2 Tablespoons of sprouting seeds for at least 8 hours
Step 2
Drain and Rinse the sprouts
Step 3
Rinse and Drain the sprouts twice a day for 3-5 days
Step 4
Harvest your sprouts

Step 1
Rinse and Drain your sprouts one more time
Step 2
Spread sprouts in a thin layer on an absorbent towel or paper towel to air dry for 30 min to 1 hr
Step 3
Wrap sprouts in a paper towel and placed in an airtight container.
Store in your refrigerator for up to a week
