Directions:
Place seeds directly on screen or if seeds are very fine you can line it with a paper towel or growing felt. Fill water till it just kisses the bottom of the screen. (Spritz with a water bottle may help to keep moistened however is not usually necessary) Place the cover over the jar and don’t not place it in direct light.

Check twice a day for the first few days to ensure the seeds stay moist. After seeds have sprouted (1-2 days) and roots have taken you can remove the lid.

Growing times vary however wheatgrass usually takes about a week and micro greens usually takes about 2 weeks
