It’s usually pretty simple to put it on
It’s just taking out that screw holding on the hood, lifting the hood off, add extension
Occasionally the hood is on very tight. It’s just friction holding it on if it’s stuck. In which case I take the 4 screws off that hold the LEDs off (to prevent accidentally damaging the light however doesn’t have to be removed), take off the water tank, flip the entire unit upside down, have a helper firmly hold the light hood to the ground while the other person gently lifts the AeroGarden and it should pop right off.
This usually doesn’t have to be done that way however if it’s really stuck then it helps.
